Philadelphia, P.A. - "The city of Brotherly Love"!

Travel to the city of “Brotherly Love”, Philadelphia, PA aboard our historic private railroad cars. Travel through the 65-mile historic and majestic New River Gorge. Travel through The Greenbrier Valley and up and over the Alleganey and Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia before arriving in Washington DC. Then head up the coast to Philadelphia, Our Nation’s First Capital. When we arrive in Philly, we will board a bus to the our downtown hotel.

Philadelphia is full of history and shopping all around town. There are lots of museums to enjoy. Enjoy all the sights and sounds of Philadelphia and an optional side to to Atlanitc City “America’s Playground” on Saturday, July 20, 2017. You can enjoy the casinos, boardwalk, beach, and lots of shopping at the outlets. We will depart on a NJ Transit train early Friday morning from 30th Streeet Station and arrive in Atlantic City 90 minutes later. We will walk over to the boardwalk, which is about 7 blocks and you will be on your own for the entire day. We will meet back up after dinner and take the evening train back to Philly. (A rain date will be sheduled for Satruday)

In the city, please be prepared to walk and please dress appropriately for weather, and walking (Comfortable Shoes)
