Online Order Form for New River Train Excursions
To order tickets, please pick a date below you would like to travel, then follow the instructions to pay.
*Heritage Class passengers will be assigned seats! If you wish to sit with friends who order seperatly, you MUST tell us by calling our office so we can seat you together. There will be NO reassignment after September 3, 2018.
*Premium & Dome: If you wish to sit with friends, and your parties order separate, you MUST tell us in advanced before September 3, 2018 in order to sit together. This applies to all classes of service!
**There is a $3.00 railroad handling fee per ticket!
***This trip will not be handicap accessible. Historic and antiquated rail passenger equipment, like that used on this excursion, is exempt from ADA regulations under U.S. Code: Title 42: Section 12184. The passenger cars and station facilities used on this excursion were constructed before disability accessibility laws were adopted. Platforms, boarding areas, stairs, step-stools, seating, and especially doorways, passageways, aisles, and on board restrooms may not accommodate all passengers. We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate differently abled passengers who desire to ride this train. No motorized wheelchairs will be accepted onbaord the train for ANY reason.***

All Seats are limited. Please make reservations as soon as possible. All passengers will be assigned to a specific railroad car. When you get to the station in the morning, you will have the pick of your seats in the car you're assigned and will have those seats for the entire trip. The earlier you get there, the better pick of the seats you get. Heritage passengers will be assigned a seat onboard a specfic car. Heritage passengers are the only ones that will be assigned seats. Boarding begins at 7:00 am and will end promptly at 8:15 am.
The last day for cancelations is at
4:00pm on September 3, 2018 with a 15% fee!
Tickets will be mailed to your provided
address in the begining of October.

Our system does

book yourself online and you wish to cancel
your second order,
you will be charged
according to the cancellation policy.
